Your set is made individually from your impressions, then refined and polished by hand. Most standard designs are completed within 3–9 working days.
Final Inspection & Delivery
After a final inspection, your grillz are carefully packaged and shipped with tracked delivery. Tracking is provided as soon as they leave the studio.

The second step captures fine detail around the teeth and gumline, so even if the first putty impression isn't perfect, the final result is accurate. Return the impressions and production begins once they are approved.
Yes. Every set is made from your own impressions. Natural undercuts are blocked out using a dental-inspired process before production, creating a secure fit that is still comfortable to remove. A precise fit is guaranteed.

Eating while wearing grillz is not recommended. Drinking is fine with dental alloy sets. For 925 sterling silver, removing them before drinking is recommended to help prevent tarnishing. Removing them for meals and drinks will preserve the finish.
A precise fit is guaranteed. In the unlikely event of a genuine fit issue, the set will be remade to ensure it fits correctly. Every piece is produced from your own impressions with comfort and accuracy as the priority.
Every order includes a storage pouch and polishing cloth. Store grillz inside the pouch when not being worn, avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances, and don't store them loose with keys or coins. With proper care and occasional polishing, the finish can be maintained for years.
The two-step impression system is designed to capture highly accurate detail even if the initial putty is not perfect. If the returned impressions are not suitable, you will be contacted before any work begins and guided through the next steps. Production only starts once impressions are approved.
